We are requesting that all Community, Workgroup and Trusted Servant reports be emailed no later than one month before the start of the March meeting – so by the 6th of February. The community reporting template can be downloaded from the apfna.org website here:
At the 2014 APF meeting, we agreed by consensus to allow all delegates the opportunity to have read reports in preparation for the meeting, as pre-reading reports keeps all participants up to date and informed, and this practice improves communications.
We also agreed at that time that we could reduce waste, and so is not necessary to bring hard copies of reports to the APF meeting, since delegates will have the report electronically, or if required can print and bring their own copy.
We are planning to offer transport to and from the airport via members of the Kathmandu fellowship, if you would like to utilise this option please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your flight number, arrival date and time.
- You can now apply in advance for Nepali visa online, fill out the form, add your picture and print the page, show it on arrival, pay and receive your visa.
- The online application can be found here: http://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/tourist-visa
- There are new machines installed at the airport before passport check, where you can fill out the forms electronically, add your photo using the web-cam to your forms. Then you can submit your forms, machine will give you a receipt and with that you will go and take your visa from the desk.
- Therefore there is no need of printed photo like before, although there is still a photo machine available at the airport.
